Education is important in continuing to provide a well-rounded tailored service. Whitney, over the past 15 years has attended and continues to attend various educational trainings in a variety of massage techniques with a special interest in neuromuscular therapy studies to help better her knowledge and skills for the body and wellness as a whole and to uphold the highest standards in Massage Therapy, NCBTMB.

The bodywork sessions Whitney offers are provided in a safe space for patients to relax and unwind in. Each massage session is tailored specifically to your needs while incorporating various massage techniques including trigger point therapy, reiki, acupressure, cupping therapy, muscular stretching, Swedish massage, and cranial-sacral therapy to name a few.

Children need bodywork too! Whitney also offers pediatric massage for children ages 5-16. Your child is left clothed only removing socks if they’re comfortable doing so. You are asked to stay present in the room for your child’s entire session.

Bodywork is about holding space for a person to help them become more aware of their body and help nourish them back towards a place of wellness within themselves that was already there, to begin with.

It is through awareness that we may find change and where there is change there is progress.
